Venus JSC is a joint – stock company established on 11.11.2005 and subscribed in the Commercial register of companies in Sofia Court of Law on 23.12.2015.
Venus JSC is reregistered in the Commercial register toward Registry Agency on 08.02.2008 with UIC: 175002913.
In compliance of the requirements of art. 110 par. 6 from POSA and in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Supervision Committee, on 28.02.2013 in the Commercial register toward the Registry Agency, it was subscribed that Venus JSC is a public company within the description of POSA.
According to the by-laws of the company, Venus JSC is registered for an unlimited period of time.
On 22.07.2008 Venus JSC is registered on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange market with all its 3 062 500 shares with nominal value of 1 BGN each. The purpose of the public offering of shares is introduction of the company to the investment society and improvement of its image in front of partners and potential investors.
On 03.12.2007 the Board of Directors of Venus JSC adopted a Program for application of International recognized corporate management standards. Its execution aims increasing economic effectiveness, it guarantees the rights of the shareholders of the company and provides the transparency and publicity needed for the activities of the company. Venus JSC complies advisably the principles of the National Code for corporate management, created in 2007 and approved by the National committee of corporate management, amended in February 2012 and in April 2016. The company is functioning in accordance with its regulations.
