At the moment 88.06% from the capital of the company are owned by three major shareholders – physicals persons. Totally 3.66% from the capital of the company is owned by minor shareholders (with less than 5% of the capital).
In the future, with the appropriate investment proposals and decisions from the General Meeting of the shareholders, a capital increase of the company is expected to be done.
